RUGS MAKING PROCESS

The process of making our hand-made rugs operates on a centralised model, supported by comprehensive quality checks along the way With this approach, we are able to work with and support specialist artisans, but ensure the highest quality in the end results.

Clipping

We have own good clipping units in our campus for the production of handmade carpets qualities.

Design-Department

Each and every carpet is exclusively designed in our studio. Our carpet designers are well equipped experts and use the most advanced software for designing the stunning and elegant carpets.

Loom-center

Artisans weave the rugs from a provided rug map. We have own good looms in our campus for the production of handmade rugs.

Washing

After the carpet is completed and removed from the loom, it is washed to remove dirt and to restore the original shine of the wool. Before being sent to you, your rugs will be washed using fresh water and eco-friendly household detergent.

Drying

The process of sun drying.
